One group of people I’ll always appreciate deeply are health care workers. Day in and day out, they dedicate themselves to caring for others—often during the most vulnerable and difficult moments of people’s lives. It’s not an easy job by any means. It takes patience, compassion, skill, and an incredible amount of emotional strength. Whether they’re working in hospitals, clinics, homes, or out in the community, they show up with heart and do an amazing job at it. They truly deserve our admiration and respect, and they’ll always have mine.
